ZQJ-530G Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector is made up of vacuum system, mass spectrometer tube, electric system, frame, shell and cart, thereinto, vacuum system is composed of turbo pump, dry mechanical pump, valve blocks and vacuum measure.
