In 1958,KYKY was Founded, Scientific Instruments Factory, as a subsidiary of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
In 1970s, KYKY successfully developed the first SEM, first turbo molecular pump and first helium leak detector in China.
In 1980s, KYKY became the pioneer in the exploration of Enterprise Transformation in China.
In 1991, KYKY changed to Beijing Scientific Instruments R&D Center, as a public institution, focusing on the new products developments.
On Dec. 28th 2000，KYKY transformed from an institution of CAS to a state owned company, KYKY Technology Development Co., Ltd.
On Dec. 16th 2011，KYKY transformed to a shareholding company, KYKY Technology Co., Ltd
