FD series controller of molecular pump has a top performance on multi-function and low noise.
This controller has 2 options for Voltages: 110VAC±10％ or 220VAC±10％, the input prequency is 50/60 ±5％ respectively. The Max output power is 1100W.
It can be applied to molecular pumps F-400/3500. This user manual provides with precautions regarding installation, commissioning, operation, trouble diagnosis and daily maintenance. Please read it carefully before any installation and usage is commenced to ensure a proper operation. This manual shall be available together with the controller, and should be well kept for future reference and convenience of maintenance.
Installation Environment
1. Away from rain, drips, steam, dust and oil-dust; no corrosion, flammable gas, liquid; no metal particles or metal powder, etc.
2. Ambient temperature: within range of -10℃~+50℃.
3. Relative humidity of environment shall be lower than 90%, without any bead coagulation.
4. No strong electromagnetic interference.
5. Vibration strength: below 0.5g (acceleration).
