TCDP-II series controller of molecular pump has a top performance on multi-function and low noise. It can be applied to various molecular pumps. This user manual provides with precautions regarding installation, commissioning, operation, trouble diagnosis and daily maintenance. Please read it carefully before any installation and usage is commenced to ensure a proper operation. Installation Environment:
1. Away from rain, drips, steam, dust and oil-dust; no corrosion, flammable gas, liquid; no metal particles or metal powder, etc.
2. Ambient temperature: within range of -10℃~+50℃.
3. Relative humidity of environment shall be lower than 90%, without any bead coagulation.
4. No strong electromagnetic interference.
5. Vibration strength: below 0.5g (acceleration).
